Yes! I offer remote support.

How long does support take?

Most issues are resolved in 30 minutes or less. Backups and data transfer generally take longer depending on the amount of data.

What if my session is shorter than an hour?

You will be charged for one hour. Sessions over an hour are prorated per minute.
